At CureWave Lasers, Tracey oversees all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting. Prior to joining CureWave Lasers, Tracey held leadership roles, where she successfully navigated complex financial challenges, implemented cost-saving measures, and fostered a culture of financial transparency and accountability.
Tracey holds a MBA degree in International Business from University of Texas Dallas and is passionate about leveraging finance as a tool for innovation and business growth. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering and pickleball.
